When I click on the pay pal link that is there, I get an rcrc vbulliten telling me there are no subscriptions I can subsrribe to and the subscription folder is empty, I guess I my need to pay in person--good job driving today on your first on road 5b race

Hey John,
I quickly found this skin and modified it to a basic Nor-Cal skin. Try it out and see if it mostly works. It is for version 3.7, so it should be good to go. The only problem I had was that I didn't have high quality images to work with. So hopefully it comes out somewhat decent when plugged in. It might not be what we want long term, but the color scheme sort of matches Nor-Cal this way. You can download it here:
